ChoirTools

Frequently asked questions

Where is the data kept?

In the EU. Every choir is separated into its own workspace; scores and audio are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links.

What about copyright on sheet music?

ChoirTools is storage for your choir, not a sheet music distributor. Uploading confirms that the choir may keep the file and share it with its members; files never become public or shared platform-wide.

What does it cost?

Free while it is being built. Pricing will be announced separately and will not be applied retroactively to data you have already uploaded.

Is there a limit on members?

No. The system is designed for choirs from a few dozen to a few hundred singers.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Members and repertoire export to CSV/XLSX, and later a full choir archive including files.

Which languages does it work in?

The interface is in Lithuanian and English. A choir can write its public page in both; e-mails are sent in the recipient language.
