Privacy policy

What we collect

For an account: e-mail address, a password hash and the chosen language. For a choir member record: name and whatever contact details the choir or the member enters.

What we use it for

Only to run the service: signing in, choir work and necessary notices. Marketing e-mail is kept separate from operational choir messages.

How long we keep it

For as long as the choir uses the system. After a choir is closed a retention period applies, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can see your data, correct it, export it and ask for deletion. Parts of choir history (attendance, for example) may be kept in anonymised form.
