How it usually goes
- Scores scattered across several Drive folders, and only one person knows which version is current.
- Rehearsal recordings sent over chat, then lost in the conversation.
- The member list in a spreadsheet that exists in four copies.
- A separate calendar, with reminders sent by hand.
- Who turns up for a rehearsal becomes clear during the rehearsal.
What ChoirTools gives you
Members
One list with statuses, voice sections and contact details whose visibility each member controls.
Calendar
Rehearsals and concerts with recurrence, call times and attendance confirmations.
Attendance
Marked on a phone during the rehearsal, not typed up afterwards.
Repertoire
Works with composer, arranger, language, duration and tags — and a search that finds them without diacritics too.
Scores
PDFs read in the browser, reachable only by the people they are meant for, and only through a short-lived link.
